This is a nice set by Royal Selangor in box with dust cloth. They were founded in 1885 in Malaysia. They specialized in pewter giftware and items. This set has two marks - a plain Selangor mark and a Royal Selangor mark. I would say the set came from the transition when they changed their name from Selangor to Royal Selangor. That would put them around the late 1980s / early 1990s as they changed their name in 1992.
